This employee awareness drug and alcohol training course will provide the necessary information to make informed decisions about your personal use of drugs and alcohol. Precede Supervisor Awareness & Reasonable Cause Training

The Reasonable Suspicion and Managing Impairment for Supervisors course covers various topics related to substance use in the workplace.

It is instructed by a Registered Nurse and includes an introduction to the topic, employer and employee obligations, the impact of substance use trends in the modern workforce, facts on medical and recreational cannabis use in Canada, tips on updating and implementing drug and alcohol policies, when to use drug testing and how to document reasonable suspicion, post-incident testing tips and timelines, and how to accommodate prescription drug use.
